First Time Setup

Step-by-step setup guide for Hyper Cards: check your hosting software docs, assemble the unit, test if the Hyper Driver is needed, and install it if required.

Hyper Card Racks work with ALL company card hosting software both on Windows and Linux environments.

1. Check for original instructions

Identify the Remote Downloading software that will be used in connection with the Hyper Card Rack (for example VDO Fleet, VolvoConnect, Geotab, WebTacho, TISWeb, etc).

2. Assemble the unit

Is your product a Hyper Card 120:

3. Test if Hyper Driver is required

Make sure your Hyper Card device is disconnected from the Server/PC
Restart your Server/PC
Confirm that the remote downloading software is not running. Connect your Hyper Card device to the Server/PC using the provided USB cable.
Open the Remote downloading software and check if the software can see the Hyper Card device:
