Before reaching out to us, please work through these steps. They help us identify the problem much faster and often resolve the issue entirely.

 I have confirmed the USB cable is firmly connected to both the Hyper Card unit and my computer.
 I have confirmed the power supply is connected (Rack models only).
 I have checked that the Hyper Driver is installed and has not been overwritten by a Windows update.
 I have downloaded and run the Hyper Diagnostic Application.
 I can describe whether the Diagnostic Application can or cannot see the device.
